Fees

In the case of the reduced fee, a formal confirmation of the student status is required, presented during registration in Łódź.

The given prices are gross prices.

Fees include:

- Participation in the conference
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Participation in the gala dinner
- Conference materials

Resignation from participation:

For conference participants:
- Before June 29, 2022 - Full refund
- Before August 12, 2022 - full refund minus PLN 200 administration fee
- From August 12, 2022 to August 31, 2022: 50% deposit refunded
- From September 1, 2022: no refund

Fees do not include hotel and transport costs, which participants pay themselves.

It is possible to book a 2-person room in the Training and Conference Center (Centrum Szkoleniowo-Konferencyjne UŁ, Kopcińskiego street, number 16/18), about 10 minutes on foot from the Faculty of Physics and Applied Informatics, where the Conference will take place.
The fee is PLN 53.22 per person per night without brekfast.
If you are interested in accommodation at CKS UŁ, please send us a message and provide the name of your roommate.
If you are interested in accommodation with breakfast, please inform us also (the new fee will be calculated).
The cost of accomodation will be added to the conference participation fee.
Due to the limited number of rooms, we can not guarantee a room for every one. First come, first served basis.
